CRM matching

Customers came in from Unleashed; deals live in Pipedrive. The two name the same business differently, so matches are suggested and a person confirms each one. A wrong link is worse than none — it would raise a hire expiry against the wrong customer.
The Repairs & Services pipeline puts the job number in the first four digits of a deal title and the machine number in the next six — so Pipedrive holds serial numbers for work done before Agline OS existed. Attaching them builds a machine's service history back beyond what we captured ourselves.

Hours can be corrected — a timer left running is worse than one that can be fixed. Every change is recorded with who made it and what it was before, so the record still stands up when an invoice is queried.

Who can get into Agline OS, and how
Invite someone
They get an email with the sign-in address, and are pre-approved with the role you choose — so they land straight in rather than waiting for approval. The email carries no access of its own; signing in with that address is what admits them.
Join code
Anyone signing up without an invite must enter this code, then wait for approval. Rotate it if it has spread further than you'd like.

Unleashed is read-only for now: Agline OS reads products, orders and serial numbers, and writes nothing back. Credentials live on the server and never reach this browser.
Nightly sync
Costs and prices update automatically at 2:15am, asking Unleashed only for what changed. Nothing needs pressing.
Failed integration calls
Anything that fails on the way to Unleashed or Pipedrive is recorded here for a fortnight, with timings and correlation ids — which is what their support asks for.
Pipedrive
Read-only for now: Agline OS reads organisations, people and deals. The token lives on the server and never reaches this browser.
Import from Unleashed
Brings products, parts, customers and serialised machines into Agline OS. Records already here are matched on code or serial and updated — service history, hours run, warranty and hire are never overwritten. Preview first; nothing is written until you run it.
Update costs & prices asks Unleashed only for what has changed since the last run — a few API calls rather than ten pages. Run it as often as you like. Full sweep re-reads everything and should be occasional: the monthly API allowance is finite. Quantities uses Unleashed's stock endpoint, which is slow; it saves as it goes and resumes if interrupted. A job always keeps the cost that applied on the day it was worked.

Charge rates
Most specific wins: a rate for a person and activity beats one for the activity, which beats the tenant default. Rates are effective-dated, so re-costing an old job uses the rate that applied then.
