Dispatch
—
No orders to pack.
Create a job of type "Parts order" and add the parts to it — it appears here to pick, pack and dispatch.
Allocate time
—
For a block of work nobody timed. Split the day across jobs and activities — entries are marked as allocated rather than timed, so the record stays honest about where the number came from.

Jobs
—
| Job | Title | Type | Customer | Scheduled | Status |
|---|
No open jobs.
Create one for a service call, machine build, commissioning, install or parts order.
Customers
—
| Company | Site address | Pipedrive |
|---|
No customers yet.
Add them here for now — Pipedrive becomes the source once connected, and these will be matched by name.
Machines
—
| Serial | Product | Status | Where / who | Hours | Warranty |
|---|
No machines yet.
Add them here or import a CSV. Serial numbers ignore case and punctuation, so they reconcile cleanly with Unleashed later.

—
| Agreement | Machine | Customer | Ends | Status | Attention |
|---|
No hire agreements.
Create one to put a machine out, with its contract and PPSR registration tracked here.

Charge rates
Most specific wins: a rate for a person and activity beats one for the activity, which beats the tenant default. Rates are effective-dated, so re-costing an old job uses the rate that applied then.
